Setup

Messenger and Instagram will work with one Sync only. Meta Business Account is mandatory to use instagram and messenger with our app.

Create Meta Business Account if you don’t have one click here, if you already have one ignore this step.
Make Sure to Link Facebook Page and Instagram Account to your Meta Business Suite.
Once above steps are completed go to MsgSmartly > Messenger > Start synchronization
Once you click that button Login with facebook account that have meta business suite.
Select Instagram Business Account.
Select Facebook Page.
Allow all given permission.
Hit done after that ok.
New Page will open with Page Name, Page ID, Access Token, Instagram Business ID.
You need to generate access token for each page by following above steps.
Copy all this information in MsgSmartly > Messenger > Facebook Pages.
and hit save changes from top.
You can add more pages if you have multiple pages and get all messages from those page to same MsgSmartly Admin.
You need to uncheck old page and instagram from above step and generate new token for new page and recheck all page again after all token is generated.
